How it works

Select the date of the workshop. Children are registered through the website by booking and paying for the workshop.

You will receive an email a few days before the booked date with details about the workshop.

Blending mindful movement, guided reflection, creative visualisation and journal writing, children explore how thoughts influence feelings and how small daily habits shape mindset over time. Through a structured art-based project – My Resilience Roadmap – participants design a personalised visual blueprint of their strengths, goals and the practical steps that will help them grow.

Growth mindset, positive self-talk and achievable goal-setting strategies are introduced in a supportive, engaging environment. Children are encouraged to identify their unique qualities, reflect on areas they wish to strengthen, and practise simple breathwork tools they can draw upon during academic pressure or social challenges.

By combining reflection with creativity, children begin to understand that confidence is not something fixed, but something built through awareness, action and persistence.

Each child leaves with their journal work, their completed Resilience Roadmap, and practical strategies they can return to whenever life feels demanding.

The aim: to equip your child with the mindset, tools and inner belief not simply to cope, but to thrive.
