How it works

Select the date of the workshop. Children are registered through the website by booking and paying for the workshop.

You will receive an email a few days before the booked date with details about the workshop.

Across the week, children create My Superpower Toolkit – a personalised collection of drawings, affirmations and practical calming strategies that remind them of their bravery, kindness and capability. They explore their “superhero qualities,” draw their dreams and practise simple techniques they can use when friendships feel tricky or challenges arise.

Through creative mindfulness practices including art, movement, dance and simple breathwork, children learn to recognise their strengths and develop a kind, encouraging inner voice. Sessions are playful yet purposeful, introducing growth mindset tools in a way that feels natural, engaging and age-appropriate.

Each child receives gentle individual encouragement, ensuring they feel seen, supported and capable. Sessions are interconnected while also able to stand alone.

Children leave with their completed Superpower Toolkit and practical tools they can continue using at home.

The aim: to help your child build quiet confidence from within, and meet challenges with courage and calm.
