Comprehensions Explained Guide (40 pages)

£9.99

Description

This is a 40-page guide delivered as a PDF download.

In the long days over this unknown period, you may like to consider the wonders of comprehensions (we know that it’s high on everyone’s enjoyment list!).

This Yellowbird guide is designed to help both parents and 11+ students understand the different sorts of questions that can be asked in written comprehensions.

Using a specially written comprehension passage, Viv Richardson has broken down the questions into their component parts and explained what each means (much as he would do in a series of lessons). He has also explained the intricacies of the composition section part of exam papers.

We have also added a completely new multiple-choice exam paper suitable for ISEB practice.

All the answers are included.

We have made this as home-print friendly as possible and it can also be printed double-sided to save paper.

It’s as near as I can get to a private lesson in the workings of comprehensions and compositions. Do this over a couple of days and then use it as a useful reference. I believe it will be very useful to all taking 11+.
