Developing Confidence and Resilience

In today’s world, resilience is more important than ever. With young people being impacted more than ever by negative influences both online via Social Media and in an increasingly uncertain world, we need to help equip them with the skills to thrive at school and beyond. Doing this in a screen-free workshop is the perfect place to start!
These in-person, empowering and research-informed workshops, run by Laura Reilly – Assistant Headteacher, Certified Mindfulness Teacher and founder of Little Tweaks – support primary-aged children to develop lasting confidence, emotional resilience and a strong sense of self. By combining reflection with creativity, children begin to understand that confidence is not something fixed, but something built through awareness, action and persistence.
