On-Site Workshop/Course/Exam

Payment must be received in full 14 days prior to the start of the course/workshop/exam or your place will be offered to someone on the waiting list.

Should you need to cancel a booking, you will have the following options:

• 14 days or more before the start of the course/workshop/exam, you will be offered a credit for a future course/workshop/exam valid for 12 months OR a full refund less an admin fee (the lesser of 10% of the order or £50).
• Less than 14 days before the start of the course/workshop/exam, refunds or credits can not be given unless the workshop is full and we can fill the place with the waiting list.

No shows are not eligible for a credit or refund.

APT (Academic Profile Test)

Once you have booked the Academic Profiling Test, we will send you a link and your log-in information.

We ask that you make your booking with at least 48 hours, before you would like to sit the test. This gives us time to log your details.

We are unable to offer any refunds/credits on this product.
